Back At It!

This week has been long; it's been eight days since the last P-day. But anyway, let's get to it so I don't make y'all read a fluffy email.

I had to say goodbye to Elder Lovejoy... truly heartbreaking. He's an amazing elder, and I'll definitely keep in contact with him throughout the mission. I'm going to miss working with him.

Later, I went to Fresno with Elder Tingey while we waited on our new trainees! Elder Tingey is a literal angel and a stud. He's so easy to work with and keeps the spirit along the way. We did lots of finding at Woodward Park and got bashed a few times, but that's expected. One guy kept joking with us about the Book of Mormon musical, which was hilarious. But we had lots of success, and most people were really nice!

Finally, I got my trainee, Elder Bunker! He's a stud and is trying his best to improve every day! He is very sensitive to the spirit and has a strong testimony of the gospel. He's from Cedar Falls, Iowa. I think I've never met someone from Iowa before. He likes writing and is working on making a book.

We had breakfast at a lady's house, and her dog ate my pancakes! So no pancakes for me. Her dog's name is actually Ada.

We had lots of great lessons this week and met some wonderful people. We also got harassed by the occasional chihuahuas. I hate chihuahuas. I just bend over and act like I'm picking something up to throw at them, and they run off. Elder Bunker is really scared of dogs—haha.

Also, my sister Josie "Smelly Berry" had her birthday Friday, so make sure you wish her a happy birthday! She's the best! She's really a sweet girl if you can get past the occasional attitude or her nap time. She's always fun to hang out with and loves gifts!

Every day, we use Meta AI to make AI-generated photos and then put our daily contact goals on them. It's hilarious to see what it can generate.

Hope y'all had a good week! Love y'all!
